Israel kills 58 Palestinians, including family of six, in recent hours

Gaza City, April 24 (EFE).- The Israeli army killed 58 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, including a family with four children, over Wednesday and Thursday morning, the Hamas-led Health Ministry reported.

On Wednesday, 45 people were killed, including at least 10 in the early morning Israeli bombing of a school in northern Gaza City where displaced people were taking shelter.

On Thursday, 13 Palestinians were killed and others wounded in Israeli bombings against several areas of the Gaza Strip, including the killing of a family of six (two parents and four children) who were bombed in their home northwest of Gaza City.

In central Gaza, three civilians were killed and others wounded when Israeli forces bombed a tent sheltering displaced people west of Nuseirat.

In southern Khan Younis, a man and his wife were killed when occupation forces bombed a home, while two children were killed in the bombing of a tent, according to the Ministry of Health.

According to medical sources, more than 17,000 children have been killed since the beginning of the Israeli war on Gaza.

The death toll now exceeds 51,300, and the number of injured has reached 117,000, many with life-threatening injuries and amputations. EFE
