Lille breaks Real’s perfect streak, Mo Salah leads Liverpool to victory over Bologna

Sports Desk, Oc 2 (EFE).- Lille OSC pulled off a surprise by beating reigning champions Real Madrid ending their unbeaten run, while Liverpool won 2-0 against Bologna in the second round of the 2024-25 Champions League on Wednesday.

Lille Olympique ended Real Madrid’s 14-match unbeaten streak in the Champions League with a 1-0 win thanks to a goal by American player Jonathan David.

Alexis Mac Allister opened the scoring in the 11th minute from Salah’s close-range pass, and Salah completed with a second goal late in the second half.
